June 2nd Meeting The June 2nd meeting at Ante's Restaurant was a great one! But unless you are in the photo, you missed sharing lunch and fellowship with your fellow Lions. We all welcome Ken and Wayne to the board and are looking forward to a great year with the addition of their many skills and talents. Hot August Nights The Annual Hot August Nights is rapidly approaching. It will be held on August 19th this year at the Plaza at Cabrillo Marina. Lion Julie Nicosia announced that she needs everyone to get out and help find raffle items for the event. Baseball The San Pedro Lions Club will be going to the game, at Angel Stadium in Anaheim on Friday evening, June 17th. We will see the Los Angeles Angels at Anaheim vs. Florida Marlins.
