May 5th Meeting The May 5th noon meeting at Ante's Restaurant was a great one and we had an improved turnout, but unless you are in the photo, you missed sharing lunch and fellowship with your fellow Lions. Mr. and Miss San Pedro Contest The Mr. & Miss San Pedro Scholarship Contest for teens and young adults is building up a good head of steam. Beacon House, the Boys and Girls Club and Toberman Settlement House are all participating. The contest began April 11th and will run through May 25th. It will be held this week on May 12th to 15th at the Santa Maria Radisson Hotel in beautiful Santa Maria, California.
